Does Chuchotage work offline?
No. Chuchotage needs an internet connection while translating.
Do I need to sign in?
Yes. You can sign in with ChatGPT where available, use a trial when offered, or use your own OpenAI key. Chuchotage cannot see your ChatGPT chats.
Does Chuchotage record audio?
It listens only while translation is active. You control microphone permission, and Chuchotage does not store your audio.
Can I choose the audio source?
Yes, depending on the device. Mobile use starts with the microphone. Desktop versions can add more listening options.
